Light up a room in this gorgeous light blue/gray wool fascinator, designed to sit with a perfect tilt on your head. Hand beading on front of hat as well as "band" across top. All rhinestones are hand-stitched as well (I don't use glue!). Hand-stitched and hand-blocked. This is a wonderful one-of-a-kind Ascot-inspired hat that is sure to make you feel as special as this hat is. Inside has barettes sewn into the back of the hat to keep the hat on your head and in place. Bottom is lined. A finished work of art!
