Payments
I accept both Paypal and credit cards via Etsy payments.
• Taxes are applicable in Illinois.
Shipping
I typically ship on Saturdays, but often try to ship items within 3 business days. If I will be delayed, you will be notified ASAP. When I ship to customers insurance is included in your shipping price.
**Please note for customers outside of the United States that any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale

REFUND INFORMATION:
If for some reason you are not be satisfied with the item you received, or any other problems arise, please, contact me immediately.
I guarantee you a full money refund (item price plus shipping) in these conditions:
• The item must be returned in it's original condition;
• Purchaser is responsible for the shipping price when returning the item;
• It must be returned within 14 days after receiving the item (US) or 28 days after receiving the item (EU and other countries).
